Council Minutes of 3/6/79 -5- <br />LEGISLATION (Cont'd): <br />Resolution No. 79-13 introduced by Atr. Wilamosky was given its third resding. A resolu- <br />tion authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids far 30,000 pounds <br />of nitric acid for use at the Wastewater Treatuent P1snt, and authorisiag Mayor to contract <br />for same. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoptian, "tond+ed by Mrs. Sharpe. Affirmat3ve vvte: <br />Boehmer, Petrigac, Saringer, Sharpe, Wi3amcreicy. Motion carried. Resolution No. 79-13 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 79-15 introduced by Mr. Boetmr wea given iCs third reading. An ordiaanee <br />providing for the submission to the electors of the City of North OImCod of a grogcseed <br />amendment to the Charter of the City ot NOrth Q1msted re3.ating to public bidding, and <br />declaring an emergency. An ordin- <br />ance authorizing the City of Nvrth Olmefied, Ohio, to ,join with other mvaicipalities and <br />the Suburban Water Task Force Comnittee of the Cuyahoga County Ntapors and Cfty Menagers <br />Association in a coordinated effort to prosecute litigation against the City of C3eveland <br />styled, Cities of Cuyahoga County vs City of Cleveland, Case Nos. 75 943313 and <br />76 957186, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 79-21 introduced by tir. Boehmer was given its second reading. A resolution <br />authorizing and directing the Mayor to make application to the Cupahoga County &oard o€ <br />Commissioners for approval to use Cuyahoga County motar vehicle $S.th? An ordin- <br />ance amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 78-70 entitled "An ordinance establishing the <br />complement of the RecreaCion Departnient affixing the campeasation to be paid Che members <br />therefor, and repealing Ordinaace No. 77-75 enacted May 17, 1977, and deelazing an <br />emergency", and declaring an amergency.
