This case involves removal of the tree which was included in the original develcpmnt plan, Planiiing Ctinuission approved the removal of the tree and that four othex trees would be planted, although Council overruled that. At the time, Couztcil was conaemed about Lorain Rc»d and the beauty of the tree. Wanted to try and preterve it. However, ae stated, it is not the same tree that it was four pesxs ago. Recentlp it wae struck by lightalng and agpesrs to be dying. Peraonlly doee nat thiuk the tree ia besutiful an3?merre, pZus its beiag a hazard. Perhaps increaeed traffic on Lora3n Road has accounted ior the pbew calls received with regard to this. Under New Business: Mrs. Saringer scheduled a Straets and Drainage Committee mesting for March 19th at 8:00 P.I.I. solely to review the suaw removal ptogram in its entizetq. Mrs. Saringer also reported a number cf ccrqtplaiats against Consu?rer Communication Service who are delivering flyezs and glscin$ them an door kaobs. Mr. Wilamosky called a Finance CanmitCee Meeting for Wednesdap, March lkth at 7:15 P.ri., and also requested a Special P%etiag of Council for Thureday, March 15th, at 7:30 P.M. to place Ordinance No. 79-37 cm the agenda for second reading. Mrs. Petrigac requested that Resolutioa Nos. 79-29, 79-30, 79-31, 79-32, and 79-33 be added to the agenda of thE Special Meeting of Council and alsa scheduled an Environmental Control Comanittee meeting far 2'hursdaq, March 15th, at 7:00 P.M. Mr. Wilamosky and Mr. PeCre discussed the ccanditions of some of the sigas alang Lorain Road and what actian, if any, the Bui1ding Comaii.ssianer hae undertake to correct violations. Mr. Petre will keep Mr. Wilmooty informed as to the atatus of this program. Mrs. Saringer awved to excuse the absence af PresidenC Limpert and Cauncilmen Beaty and Logffi, seconded by Mr. tlilamoaky.
