<br />Mrs. Petrtgac requested the Safety Directox to aek the Police Chief oz` whoever mskes
<br />out the 14onthlq Activity Report, to add two columns showiag the atmber of solutions
<br />by our Police Department and Che ncmber of solutione with outside help.
<br />Mr. Boehmer called ameeting of the Safety Committee for Monday, Jaauary 22, 1979,
<br />at 7:30 P.M., and requestad the Safety Director and the Fire Chief be in attendance.
<br />Mr. Logan called a meetlng of the Recreation, Public Parks and Buildings Committee
<br />for Monday, January 22, 1919, at 7:00 P.M.
<br />Mrs. Petrigac called a meeting of the Environmental Control Committee for 14edaeedsy,
<br />January 31, 1979, at 3:00 P.M., and requested the Service Director, City Eagineer,
<br />and Superintendent Crider be in attenclance.
<br />Mr. Wilamosky called a meetiag of the Finance Committee for Tuesday, January 23, 1979,
<br />at 8:00 P.M,, and requeated the Ma.yor and Finance Director be in attendance.
<br />Mrs. Sharpe called a meeting of the BZD Committee for taedttesday, January 31, 1979,
<br />at 7:30 P.M.
<br />President Limpert suggested that Committee Meeting dates and tiaaes be diacusaed in
<br />caucus to eliminate taking time at Council table to discuas m0mber's avail.abtlitp.
<br />Mrs. Petrigac asked who is Council's representative on the Commtsnitq Education
<br />Advisory Coemittee. When tald that Council has never been requdested to appoint a
<br />member, iNirs. Petrigac volunteered to serve if an invitation was extended.
<br />Mr. Logan extended an iavitativn to a7.1 riembers of Ccsuncil to attead the next BZD
<br />Comittee swting and meet Mr. Robert C. Hill who ts Planniag Consultant far the
<br />Citiee of Middleburg Heights, North Rvyslton, and 5trangsville. BZD Committee is
<br />conside $ng Mr. Hill's servicea 1n rewriting the Zoning Code.
<br />Mr. Wilamasky moved for adjournment, secomsled by Mre Saringer. Affixmstive vote:
