Complained abaut a cam"r and a aumber of trucks whi,ch are <br />being parked on a lot acroas from his re$idence,. A resolu- <br />tion expressing oppositfon to Ssction 5124.06 ef the Ohio Revised Gode enCitled "Jail <br />Standards." Air. Logan movsd for adoption, aeeccfnded by Mr. Bfttmex. Affirmative vote: <br />Beaty, Baehner, Leg;an, Petrtgac, Saringex, Sharpe, Wilamoskq. Motion carried. <br />Resolutioa No. 78-182 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 78-179 iatroduced by Mr. Lqgan was given fts second reading. Aa ordin- <br />ance amending Sectiou 1227.01 entitled "General Locstiou" of Chagtex 1227 entitled <br />"Supj3lemenCary Regulatioas" of Title 20 entitled "Sigas", of the Zoniag Code o£ the <br />Citq of North Ulmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 79-2 iatzoduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its second reading. An ordin- <br />ance accepting an easement frca M. Dela.a Vel1s Building Campany -for starei sewers <br />lacated in the Timber Trail Subdivisf.on within Che Cfty of North dlnsted. <br />Resolution No. 79-3 inCroduced by Mr. Lagan was given its aecond reading. A resvlu- <br />tion authorizing the Tlirector of Safety ta advertise for bids for ane (1) gymnastic <br />mat for use in the Recreation Department. <br />Resolution No. 79-4 introduced bp Mr. Wilsmosky was given its second reading. A resa- <br />lution authorizing the Director of Pub].ic 5ervice to advertise for b3da for a 1h ton <br />utility service van for the G?aste 6iater Treatment Syetem and authorizin$ the Mayor ta <br />contract for same, and declariag an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 79-5 introduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its first reading. An ardi.nanee <br />establishing and fixing the compensation for all Council-at-Large members of the CiCy <br />of North Olmsted for the term of office comaeeacing Jsnuary 1, 1980, and ending Decem- <br />ber 31, 1983, and declaring an energency. <br />Mr. Logan moved to ame:id Oxdinaace No. 79-5 by stxiking out aay rakees in 1980 and <br />1981 and having it read "for all membere of Council" and begia wtth the year 1982 and <br />go up by iacretnents of $200 for 1982, 1983, amd 1984, secvnded by MTS. Fotrigac. <br />Roll call on motiaa: Affirmative vote: Lvg;az?. Negative vote: Beaty, Baehmer, <br />Petrigac, Saringer, Sharpe, Wilamooky. 1 Aye - 6 Nays - Motion defeated. <br />President Limgert referred Ordinance No. 79-5 to the Finaace-Commtttee. <br />Ordinance No. 79-6 introduced by Mr. Logan was given its first readi.ng. An ordinatce <br />eatablishing a policq of requiring all uni.form swrn gersrnnel in tbe Fire Departwont <br />to become certified parmadics wi.thin tt?irtq six (36) manths o€ date of hixing. <br />President Limpert referred (?rd3naace No. 79-6 to Public Safetq, Itealth and Weifare <br />Comaaittee and suggested the Fire Chief be in attendance. <br />Resalution No. 79-7 introduced by Mrs. Sharpe was given its first reading. A resolu- <br />tion accepting for recording purpose9 only the Timber Trail Resubdivisfon ia the City <br />of North Olmsted. <br />President Limpert referred Resoluticm Nu. 79-7 to $ZD Committee. <br />
