After hesring that Dover Center was not scheduled for construction, checked with Mr. 5tackhcuse who advised that the City°s apnlication w9ts received fn Msv. In 3ulq the Cftq was notified that additional drainage was added to the initial proposal which wou3d nat be picked up by Federal Fundiag. City then had two choices: either paq for the additianal drainage or change the specs to nuset Federal Fuading. Ag of Friday, nefther has been dane and thezefore Dover Center is aot scheduled far conetruction. Tiayor Swietyniawski replied that the add3tional drainage had been puC in at the very beginning and Cotmty accepted it. Ncrua, at thie point, they do not wsnt to aceept the cost of that additional drainage. If additional drainage is kept in the proposal, the City will have to pay for it.
