Cownittee haa no objection. <br />3) Discussed Ordiaance :Zo. 80-116, accepting an easemnt from Fratnk anci Louise Lavalle <br />for the maintenance of a traffic sigaal pole and foundation at the Recreation Center <br />drive. Committee has no abjection. <br />Mra. Petrigac discusaed conatruction of Dover Center Road. After hesring that Dover <br />Center was not scheduled for construction, checked with Mr. 5tackhcuse who advised <br />that the City°s apnlication w9ts received fn Msv. In 3ulq the Cftq was notified that <br />additional drainage was added to the initial proposal which wou3d nat be picked up <br />by Federal Fundiag. City then had two choices: either paq for the additianal <br />drainage or change the specs to nuset Federal Fuading. Ag of Friday, nefther has <br />been dane and thezefore Dover Center is aot scheduled far conetruction. <br />Tiayor Swietyniawski replied that the add3tional drainage had been puC in at the very <br />beginning and Cotmty accepted it. Ncrua, at thie point, they do not wsnt to aceept the <br />cost of that additional drainage. If additional drainage is kept in the proposal, the <br />City will have to pay for it. City is going ahead with plaas for the road itsmm2f! <br />the nroject is not being delayed.
