Are now feced vith infl.ation, an oil shortuge, !snd rising <br />costs of labor and msterial; are looktng forward to making some tqpe of plarn to <br />correct these nroblems. <br />Mr. ?lilanyosky, Chairman Finaace Coamaititee reported: 1) t+Tith re8pect to the meeting <br />held on October 13th regarding the text of Ordtnance No. 80-118, the gsme raoam ordYn- <br />ance, I.aw Director Gareau, Gouncilrnen. Petrigac, Boehmer and MeKaq were aleo in <br />atteadance. The rough dratt for this ordinance was di.acussed and somee chmges were <br />made which have now been incorporated in the ordinance which is on first readSntr <br />tonight. Mr. tlilamosky highlighted some of these ctcanges. <br />2) Finaace Coimnittee met on October 15th snd discusaed arequest to incresee the <br />petty cash fund of the Bus Line €rom $50 to $140. Comnnittee has na abjectian. <br />3) Discussed some holdover fteme from the Police negotiations and are takin$ them <br />under advisement. <br />4) Also discussed Che Sewer Revemue Fund on the 15th, with PSayor and Finance Dtrector. <br />5) Conm.tttee met again on the 20th of Octeber aud again discuseed th@ Sever Fund. <br />Ia concerned with the caeh flaw of the Sewer Revenue Fund for 1961 since for all <br />practical purposes, will end thia year with a zero balance. Da not warnt ta address <br />this problem on an annual basis att;rt would attempt to set a fee that would carry the <br />Citq through the next three or faur years. Are looking at a rate of $9.40 for 1981, <br />to be ef£ective as of November lst o# this pear. Also discuesed negutiat3.ng with the <br />County for an increase of the rato with tho Towaship. Is calling a pweblic meeting for <br />Monday, October 27th, at 7 P.M., to be fallowed by a Spactal Coumcil.j4setin$ at 8:30 P.M.
