Mrs. Saringer moved that tke City of North Olwsted would psq the nan-federal ahare of the construction of the sidevalks an S.R. 252 from the interclange ramp with I-480 to Coimtry Club Boulevsrd, secaaded bq Mrs. Petrigac. It was deci@ed to resaove the legislation from the agenda tonight aad request a legal opinion fram the FCC. 4) Comittee discugsed Ordinance No. 80-33 in regard to controlled substance for prescription labels. Mrs. Saringer had sent the State Board of Phatmcy a copy of this ordi.nance, asking for their oginion. They were somewhat con€used by it. Committee does not recammend passage of this ordinance. Mr. Logan stated that he did not recall any vote being taken tbat thie Iegislation not be p"sed. As Yre recalled, there vas an inforisal deciaicn to hold ia comittee. Mrs. Saringer stated that she and Mrs. Petrigac voted to reJect the oYdinance. Mrs. Petrigac verified tlzst she and Mrs. Saringer were not in favor of the ordinance but knew that Mr. LogaM was.
