<br />report : The Landmarks Coan#sei+rtc is coasfdertng a site miarker to be p3,;sced ou'tside
<br />of City Hall. It is far thio's oldeet ntunicipal bus line. Forc?ing has been decided
<br />and it urill be presented shortly.
<br />In Mr. Boehmer's absence, Mr. S'ilamogky gave the following Public Safetp, Realth
<br />and Welfare Committee Repart: 1) Mr. Wilamc>sky noved Cauncil have no ob3ectian to
<br />a Cl, C2, and D6 permit transfer from Open FanCrq of Ncrrthern Ohia, Inc., to
<br />Richard L. Hollis, dba Open Pantry Fovd Mrt 76, 23609 Lorain Road, seconded by
<br />Mr. Logan, unanimnusly appraved.
<br />2) Mr. T-Tilamosky mc>ved Couacil object to a new C2 permit requated hy Tru Bru, Inc.,
<br />dba Red Head, 27447 Lorsin Road, on the baais that i;: i?ill substantfally interfere
<br />with the public decency, sobrietq, peaee, or good order of the neighborhood in
<br />whieh it is located and further that an adverse affect of saturatian of the area
<br />in relationship to the number of existing permits and any adverse conditicros in Che
<br />area, seconded by !Kr. Logan, unanimously agproved.
<br />3) Mr. tJiYamosky moved Council object to a new C2 permit reqvested by Hirte, Inc.,
<br />dba Tlirt's Greeahouse and Flowera, 5293 Great Northern Boulevard, on the baais
<br />that it may create adverse affect of satuzation of the area fn relaticmship to the
<br />number of existing permits atkd any adverse conditiona in the area, seconded by
<br />Mr. McKay, unanimously approved.
<br />4) Committee is atill awaiting adclitional information with respect to a permit from
<br />The Court Club at 29150 Lorain Road; Clerk will follow up.
<br />tiir. Wilampsky, Chairman Finance Cominittee reported: 1) To reiterate, Ffnance Committee
<br />leeting was held on °lovember Sth at 8 0' clock. Committee discussed Orflinance Ha.
<br />81-113 and amended it by totally strfk.ing out the Fedaral Revsnue Sharing Pund from
<br />Section I. It was placed back on second reading at the Special Council Meeting on
<br />November 5th.
<br />2) Committee also discussed Ordinance N0. 8I-126, which amends Ordinance :to. 81-50,.
<br />and provides for an adjustment of 4m0 in the rate of campensatlon for the Assistant
<br />Director of the Departaaent of Human Resources. Committee has no objection.
<br />Mr. Logan, Chairrnan Building, 2aning and Development Committee reportede 1) Comittee
<br />met this evaning with all members preaent and discussed two businesses 4nd the si.gns
<br />proposed for both. Comai.ttee has no ob,jection and will move to approve all siRne
<br />involved as per the recommeadations of the Architectural Review Board and Plannino
<br />Commtission.
