An <br />ordi.nance appropriating forty five thousand doliars ($45,034.00) frcrm the Federal <br />Revenue aharing Fund for the purchase of property located on the east side of <br />Fire Station No. 1. Ordinance <br />No. 81-123 adopted. <br />Under New Business : <br />Mrs. Petrigac requested that the BZD Comittee look at how some of the surrounding <br />communitiss deal with pol3tical signs. Due to the expense, the destruction and <br />vandalism of political signs, scyme cammunities have banned them3 others have dealt <br />with them differently. After discuasion taith Chairman of BZD Comuaittee, <br />r4rs. Petrigac requested that poiitical signage be discussed in Leg,islation Committee. <br />Ieirs. Petrigac asked Mr. Logan to meet in order to discuss Ordinance No. 81-104 and <br />81-117, both of cahich deal with PCB capacitors; would like to eliminate one or the <br />other. After Council Meeting, Mr. Logan said he would advise Mrs. Petrigac when <br />he was available for a meeting. <br />? Mr. Boehmer scheduled a Safety Committee "Reeting for TAonday, October 25, at 7:30 P.M. <br />and requested Mayor and Safety Director to be present.
