If Council choases to make atljustments, the deadline is r3ovaamber 6th, <br />therefore Mr. t?ilamosky suggested that Che Subcamanittee meet "'t:artday abaut 8?00 F'.M•, <br />after the Safety Coimnittee A'eeting. President Liinpert annauneed that Mr. Waerpel <br />would be taking his place on ti-ie Subcamanittee. <br />14r. Noerpel requested the Clerk of Council to obtain a listing of €ull time and part <br />time employees of West Shote Cable TV. Also asked Lsw Director for a writtea <br />opinion as to potential conflicCs of interest if fainily memhers of City employees <br />work for a coinpany which has been given an excl.usive franchise by the City. Law <br />pirector advised that Chapter i07 af the Codified Ordinances explains what cansti- <br />tutes a conflict of interest. 7Ioulc3 need a specific question regarding a specific <br />person in order to give a wr3tten legal opinion. <br />Hr.
