Council °tinutes of 9/15/81 '-5- <br />LFGISLATIO;i (cont ° d) e <br />Ordinance No. 81-105 introduced by Mr. ?R?ilamosky was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance establishing a new Chapter 755 in the Business R,egulation Code af the <br />Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olansted and to be entitled "Secandhand <br />Dealers". <br />Ordinance No. 81-108 intrcduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance amending Sections 1 attd 2 of ardinance No. 81-$8, pagsed July 7, 1981, <br />which provided f or the issuance of sidewalk l.mprovement bvnds in the amount of <br />$64,145 to revise the principal amount vf bcads authorizecl thereby, the estimated <br />interest rate and maturity aclzesdule. Mr. Acxetmaer moved for ssuspensiccrnn of rule <br />requiring three readings, secondei hy Mr. Lo$an, unanimously approved. Mr. Baehmer <br />moved for adoption, secvaded by Mr. Logan, unaaimously approved. Ordinance No. <br />81-108 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 81-109 introduced by Mx. T3aehmex was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance transferring appropriations for current expet?ses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North 0lmsted, Ohio, for the year ending Deeember 31, 1981, and <br />declaring an ernergency. Mr. Boetmet moved for suspenaion of rule requiring three <br />readings, seconded by Mr. Logan, uttalniscntsly approved. Mr. Boetnaer moved for <br />adoption, seconded by Mr. Lagan, ummim+dusiy approved. Ordinance No. 81-109 <br />adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 81-110 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance amending Sectiaa 741.03 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Worth <br />4lmsted, entitled '°Prohibitions" of Chapter 341 entitled "Deliveries To Camnercial <br />Establishments". <br />Under Old Businessa <br />?tilrs. Petrigac asked what policy Mr. Petre hgd worked aut with Mr. Guady with respect <br />to making hause numbers visib3e frvm the street in the evening. Mayor asked thst <br />this be held until next Council Meeting. <br />Under New 33usiness: <br />Mr. Logan moved Council excuse the absences of Mr. Wilamosky and Mrs. Saringer, <br />seconded by Mr. Boehmer, imanimously approved. <br />Mrs. Petrigac scheduled an Lavironmeatal Cantrol Committee M+eetiag for Tuesday, <br />5eptember 22nd, at 7a30 P.M., to discuas further the PCB capgcitors. <br />*ir. Logan moved for ad,journment, seconded by Mr. Boehmer, unanimously approved. <br />Meeting adjourned to the call of the Clerk at 9a05 P.M.
