President Limpert invited members of the audience ta join Members of Council in re- citing the Pledge of Allegiatnce. ,tinutes of Special Council Meeting of Auguat 18, 1981y were agproved. Dresident Limpert announeed that Ordinance `do. 81-75 nertaining to nolice vehicles anil Ordinance :Vo. 81-76 pertafning to fire vehicles have been added to the agenda. All legislation on second reading wi11 be passed tonight under the susgension of rule renuirin4 three readings. Urdinance Nos. $1-101 and 81-107, on first readins;, will also be passed under susnension of rule requ3ring three readings. City has better insurance coverage thaa ever before in the history of North Olmsted, with a substantial dollar savinga to the taxpagers of apprmcima.tely $180,000. $100,000 of this savings can be allocated to the North Olmsted Municipal Bus I,ine and the balance of $80,000 can be placed in the General Fund on a qearly basis.
