Praised the work done by the <br />people in the Finance Department. <br />14r. Ed Boyley 6567 McKenzie, discuased Ordinance No. 81-106 which would e13,miaate <br />the Office of Budget and Managetaent and combine it with the Finance Department. GaOe <br />many reasons why he was vehementlq against such a proposition. <br />?irs. Gemma Szabo, 30837 Bradley Rosd, referred to recent newspaper articles aud <br />asked why this wffis not brought un sooner, if the DepartmenC of Budgetaad ManagemenC <br />was fndeed wasting money. <br />Mr. Richard Moore, 5171 Dewey Road, discussed the CEI capacitors and is confused <br />over the hartiaful effect of PCB since same doctors and scientiFts on TV have said <br />that there have been no deaths or injuries caused bq PCB. <br />LEGISLATION; <br />Resolution No. 81-75 intrcduced by Mr. Boehmer was given its third reading. A <br />zeaolution authorizing the Director of Public Safetq to advertiee for bids for <br />fi.ve new police cars and five new radios. Mr. Boehmer moved far sdoption, <br />se?conded by Mr. Woerpel, unaniewuslq approved. Reaolution No. 81-75 adopted.
