<br />Mr. TJilatnoskq stated that as parmi.tted under the rules of Couacil, he would lfke to
<br />explain his vote. He regrettod th+at Gamctl aulogted Ordinance ?do. 81-82 because of
<br />the over-all ecoacrnie aaftdition of Ehe C4,ty. Also, as he indicated at the Safetq
<br />Coneaittee Meetiteg, he abjected tc+ Prssident Liepert sending the legislation to the
<br />Safetq Committee and not sendfng it to the Finance Commi.ttee because it is a
<br />financial matter, not a safety mttter.
<br />Mr. Logan suggested the Magar di.scutss with the architect for the City Hall Complex,
<br />if a third fire station cou].d be iacorparated fnto the plans, to serve the central
<br />part of the City, and this might be the best waq to Qo.

<br />resurfacing, reconditioeting, sncl renair of the baseball diamonds lacated at Narth
