PeCrigac requested that Orctinance 1Vo. 11-84 be placed into the Envlrormmtal Control Corn`nittee aince there w+ere mom chan8es in the feasibilitq plan; wmuld like to meet jointly with the Finance Gaemnittee to diacuss the input received fram Mr. Bud Curtis of Dalton Dsltou-Newport. Prcaident Limpert aaw xao objection to this legislation being placed in Esrrironmental Control Commnitte. Mre. Petrigac acheduled an Envimnmental Gontral Ct3mi.ttee tieeting for Psanday, .Tuly 20th, at 7:00 P.M., and iaviteci tiembers of Finatce Comittee, City Engineer Zurwoki, and Mr. Bud Curtis to also be in attendance. Mr. ?ailatnosky atated that this lesgi.s- lation is in Finance Ccmmittee and i8 being reviewed. In areas that are currently underground, the proposal the Safety Casmittee is lcxaking st, with respect to atreet light ixtatallations in subdiviuicrns, is a 8reaat idea• Legialation was passed anumber of yeare ago which required aubdivisionr af a certain size to have underground wirin,. T4tese subdivisicras include ?•1i11eC Gircle, Vita Laa.e, Timber Trails, Bretton Rf.dge and Pe,rk Ri.dge.
