<br />third reading this evening. Also, Ordinance No. 82-88, add3ng a mw soction to the
<br />Zoning Code entitled "Partting of Trucka in Singl+a and Ta?a-Family R;saictence Distriets",
<br />has been removed from tonight's aRends.

<br />to sweep leaves out to the cuaebs or to the sw$Ies at the side of streeCa. Additionally,

<br />2) The culvart project on Careq Lane and Allendale wi11 be starting tomorrorv to
<br />replace some of the culverts atnd correct the grade of the raadside swale.
<br />City Engineer Zurawski regorted: 1) Contractor Belu and Son Pav3ng, Tncotp+orateed,
<br />has started constructian of the 3enior Citfzena' Ceater parkia$ lot. Pre-cuwrtructian
<br />meeting for the praject was held September 29th at the County Dspartment of CcmmuniCy
<br />Development. Drireetor of Rumm Resourcss, Daa Cc>pelsad, is attempting tc get additional
<br />CDBG funds to provide for the additian of pavemnt striping and i11uniAation.
<br />Finance D1recEer Boyle reported: 1} Bids wi.11 be vpen on October 14th an the $90,400
<br />note issue for the nesa teleplone system; will be accepted in the Fiumce DSapartment.
<br />2) Bids on the ccrnputer wiZl be opened csn the llth; have mailed ouC 17 seta of spece.
<br />3) Financing for the $as/ServiGe facilitq in the awunt of 3.2 mil:lion dollars is
