<br />Engineer Zurawski9 and Caunc3luesn L+ogan and Petrigac. Ccmmittee diecwased Orciinance
<br />No. 82-132 which suthorixe$ the Mayor to enter fnto an agreesant wi,th 3ohn David Jone$
<br />and associates to perform eervices to coaply wf.th House Bill 538. It was sstabiished
<br />that these ssrvicee could b8 perfos^med bq imr-botase perscnnei, specificallq System'
<br />personnel. Conrtaittse recosands, anei t}e Mapor srtd gerviee Director ccmcurred, that
<br />it be done with City pex'sonnel. Scme transfers from the General lhund to the 3ower
<br />Revenue Fund will be nso"sary tc rainberae for persoanel ccsts from the Sewer

<br />Committee has no objection. Comittee alao discusssd Ordinatstce No. 82-134 which author-
<br />izes the Citp to advertise for bids for thua ivAtaUation of the inlet matrals.
<br />Committee recomends that 3ection 1 of thie oardimuce be amndeti. Mr. Wilawsky moved

<br />Service Director, City Engirieer anel Comeilsm McKay were in aCtetdmc:. Cam#.ttee
<br />has no objectian to Ordinance No. $2-135 but did make some recoasanded ctanges within

<br />7) EommitCee briefly discusssd a tsansfex orditance, Ord#.nance No. 82-91, but does
<br />not have a reccmmiendation; wili disceiss further.
<br />Conanenting on Ordi.nance No. 82-137, Mrs. Petrigac noted that the pavisg for Section
<br />Ztwo parking was nat reflected anywhere; the Maqor has stated tbat Chis paving ie
<br />planned to be dcnre in-hcruse; hcxwero!er, since the City will have to find the maney
<br />to do it in-house, shauld nct this figure be i.ncluded in the riotea. Ptr. Waerpel
<br />also asked if the 3.2 million dollare wou2d be 8ufficient. Service Diretctor
<br />Corrige.n stated that Mrs. Petrigae's quEStiun aee"d to be tstken up with xhe Magor
<br />and architect, Mr. Mongelloy for a dafini.tive aumer. Mr. Wiiamosky stated Chat it
