A <br />resalution authorf.zing and directing the 'atayor to make application to the Cupahoga <br />Countq Board of Comad.ssioners for apnraval to use Cuyahoga Countv Motor qehicle $5.00 <br />Licease Tax Funds for participation with the County in the improvement of Canterbury <br />Road, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McRay maved for adoption, seconded by Mr. Logan, <br />unanimously anproved. Resolution No, €32-27 adopted. <br />Resolution AIa. 82-28 introduced by Mr. Tailamoskv was given its third reaiing. A <br />resolution authorizing the Servite Mxector to actvertise for bids for 2,114 tons of <br />asphalt, and authorizing the *taqor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency, <br />as amended. Mrs. Saringer moveci for adoption, secanded by Mr. McR.av, unaninaualy <br />approved. Reaolution No. 82-18 adopte(i. <br />Resolution No. 82-29 introduced bq Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. A <br />reaclution auzhorfzing the Director of Puhlic Service to :civertise for I,f.)OO tcrns of <br />stone for variaus Service Degartment needs aad authoriaing the Mayor to contract for <br />same, and declaring an e.mergeney. Mr. McKay moved for edoptic>n, seconded hv <br />Mrs. Saringer, uuanimousiq appraved. Resolution No. 82-29 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. $2-33 introduced by Mr. McKaq caas given its third reading. An ordin- <br />ance amending the Traffic Ccntrol Map and File vf the City of North blmsted by pro- <br />viding for the ituttall.ation of "?io Parking" signs on both sides of Hie'lcorq Lane where <br />ftickory Lane intersocts with I.?r*$,* Road, to the intersection of Old Shore }lrive, <br />and by further prav3di:ag for theinstallation of a"Yield ltight t3f ?-Jay" sign at the <br />northeast corner of Hickory Lane where the aame interseets wtth Old Shore Drive, <br />and declaring an emergency.
