Mayor replied he thought they come down Stearns and go
to the bridge; there are pipes underneath the bridge; perhaps Fngineering Department
has a set of plans; will get a set of plans and put them in the mail drop in the
Council office.
Mr. McKay pointed out that during the last bad rain, houses in the Timber Trai1 area
were flooded. Perhaps now, before all the homes are built in there, would be a good
time to correct this problem. Mr. Corrigan advised the flooding problem had already
been correlated with some of the punch list problems on the master list for Timber
Trails. Law Director advised they do have a retention system.
Under New Business:
Mr. Bierman wished all candidates good luck next Tuesday, Election Day.
Mr. McKay scheduled an Environmental Control Committee Meeting for Monday, Novetaber
14th, at 7 P.M., and requested the *iayor to be in attendance.
There being no further business, President Boehmer adjourned the Council Meeting at
10:25 P.M.
. l.
Florence E. Campbell, C` k of Council _:-- ames D. Boehmer, President of Council
r,
