Council Minutes of 10/18/83 -5- LEGISLATION (cont'd): Ordinance No. 834123 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its first reading. An ordin- ance authorizing the Building Commissioner to proceed with the demolition or removal of the single residential dwelling and attached garage on Permanent Parcel No. 232-23-11, at 25710 Lorain Road, in the Gity of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Safety Committee. Ordinance No. 83-124 introduced bv Mr. Bierman was given its first reading. An ordin- ance providing for the adoption of a new Section 1241.07 of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted of Chapter 1241, entitled "Amendment". Referred to BZD Committee. Ordinance No. 83-125 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance amending Section 6 of Ordinance No. 83-93, entitled "An ordinance estahlish- ing rates of compensation €or various administrative and legislative personnel, and declaring an emergency", and declaring an emergency. An ordin- ance establishing a Petty Cash Fund for the Human Resources Department, in the rnaximum amount of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), to be used for servtc3ng emergency indigent clients, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Finance Committee. Resolution No. 83--130 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its first reading. A resolu- tion authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cuyafioga County General Health District for the _year 1184, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Safety Committee. Under Old Business: Mr. Woerpel asked Service Director Corrigan if a bus shelter would be replaced at the new Med Center, across from Ranchview. Mr. Corrigan replied that he has to work through RTA; make the request and see i£ it is feasible. Several months ago, RTA indicated they were applying for a grant since funds were not available right now. Mr. McKay advised that due to the work currently being done on Dover Center Road, the mail boxes will lie removed and placed at the nearest intersection. Upon completion of repairs, new mail boxes will be installed. Mrs. Petrigac expressed her appreciation to Mrs. Crumbley, Service Department, for starting the lawn and weed cutting at Miller's Field.
