An ordin- <br />ance authorizing the Building Commissioner to proceed with the demolition or removal of <br />the single residential dwelling and attached garage on Permanent Parcel No. 232-23-11, <br />at 25710 Lorain Road, in the Gity of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Referred to Safety Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 83-124 introduced bv Mr. Bierman was given its first reading. An ordin- <br />ance providing for the adoption of a new Section 1241.07 of the Zoning Code of the City <br />of North Olmsted of Chapter 1241, entitled "Amendment". A resolu- <br />tion authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cuyafioga County General <br />Health District for the _year 1184, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Safety <br />Committee. <br />Under Old Business: <br />Mr. Woerpel asked Service Director Corrigan if a bus shelter would be replaced at the <br />new Med Center, across from Ranchview. Mr. Corrigan replied that he has to work through <br />RTA; make the request and see i£ it is feasible. Several months ago, RTA indicated <br />they were applying for a grant since funds were not available right now. <br />Mr. McKay advised that due to the work currently being done on Dover Center Road, the <br />mail boxes will lie removed and placed at the nearest intersection. Upon completion <br />of repairs, new mail boxes will be installed. <br />Mrs. Petrigac expressed her appreciation to Mrs. Crumbley, Service Department, for <br />starting the lawn and weed cutting at Miller's Field.
