Council Minutes of 10/18/83 -4- <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Ordinance No. 83-40 introduced by Mr. Woerpel was given its tFiird reading. An ordin- <br />ance authorizing the Director of 1'ublic Service to advertise for 6ids for the removal <br />of trash from condominium properties located within the City of North Olmsted. Mr. <br />[aoerpel moved for adoption, second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved. Ordinance <br />No. 83-40 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 83-112 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for btds for 2,000 <br />tons of cinders and autfiorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously <br />approved. Resolution No. 83-112 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 83--113 introduced by Mr. W3.lamosky was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Pub_lic Service to advertise for bids for new <br />tires and tubes for use by the City, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, <br />and declaring an emergency, Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. McKay, <br />unanimously approved. Resolution No. 83-113 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 83-114 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for 2,500 <br />tons of road salt and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously <br />approved. Resolution r1o. 83-114 adonted, <br />Resolution No. 83-115 introduced by ^2r. Wilamosky was given its third reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the issuance of notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds <br />for the purpose of constructing, furnishing and equipping a combined Bus Garage, <br />Service Garage and Municipal Administration Building and improving the site thereof, <br />and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Taoerpel, <br />unanimously approved. Resolution T1o. 83-115 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 83-117 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance changing the name of that portion of Ra.nchview Avenue, which lies to the <br />north of West Ranchview Avenue, and intersects with Tallwood Drive, from "Ranchview <br />Avenue" to "Tallwood Court", and declaring an emergency, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 83-119 introduced by Mr. Logan was given its second reading. An ordin- <br />ance amending the Traffic Control Map and File of the Cfty of North Oltnsted to create a <br />fifteen (15) minute loading zane in the area of the Comunity Cabin in the North Olmsted <br />Municipal Park wfiere the sarne will be located in tfie drive area at a point twenty-five <br />(25) feet south of the building line, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 83--121 introduced by Mr. Logan was given its first reading. An ordinance <br />to auth.orize the purchase of body repair panels to be used in partially reconditioning <br />thirteen (13) buses owned by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and delaxing an <br />emergency. Referred to Finance Committee. <br />Resolution No. 83r122 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its first reading. A resolution <br />authorizing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for liids for the paa,nting and <br />repair of the 1968 Ameriean LaFrance Aerial Truck in the F3re Department, and declaring <br />an emergency.
