MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />SEVrEMBER 6, 1983 <br />7:15 P.M. <br />Present: President James Boehmer, Colmcilmen Bierman, McKay, Logan, <br />Saringer, Wilamosky, Woernel. <br />Also present: Clerk of Cotmcil Florence Campbell. <br />Absent: Cotmcilwoman Petrigac. <br />Public Hearing was called to order by President Boehmer at 7:20 P.M. <br />President Boehmer announced the public heari.ng was being held with regard to <br />Ordinance No. 83-110 - an ordinance authorizing the issuance and sale of <br />$2,000 000 Industrial Development Mortgage Revenue Bonds of_ the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio, for the nurnose of making a loan to assist Great Northern <br />Associates I, Ltd. in the financing of costs of a"Project" within the mean- <br />ing of Chapter 165, Ohio Revised Code; providing for the nledge of revenues <br />for the payment of said bonds; authorizing the execution and delivery of a <br />loan agreement with resnect to the nroceeds derived from the sale of said <br />bonds; and declaring an emergency. <br />President Boehmer asked if anyone in the audience wished to address Cauncil <br />with regard to Ordinance No. 83-110. There wa.s no audience paxticipation. <br />There being no further business, President Boehmer closed the Public Hearing <br />at 7:24 P.M.
