Council Minutes of 7/19/83 -5- LEGISLATION (cont'd): Ordinance No. 83-85 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An ordinance creating a new fund, adding to the financial structure of the City of North Olmsted, a fund known as the Facility Plan Step III Fund, and declaring an emergency, as amended. An ordinance creating a new fund, adding to the financial structure of the City of North Olmsted, a fund known as the Facility Plan Step III - System Fund, and declar- ing an emergency. Ordinance No. 83-87 intraduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for deposit of public monies with the First National Bank of Ashland, for active accounts of the City, and declaring an emergency. An ardin- ance amending the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North Olmsted to pro- vide for the installation of "No Parking" signs at the east side of West Park Drive, beginning 100 feet south of the south entrance drive to the Community Cabin and also north of the drive, 430 feet beyond, and declaring an emergency. An ordin- ance amending Section 165.03 of the Codified Ordinance entitled "Landmarks Commission; Creation, Composition and Terms", of Chapter 165 entitled "Landmarks Commission". A resolu- tion authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the purchase of one (1) new automobile to be used for the Treatment Plant and one (1) new utility vehicle to be used by the Dog Warden.
