Council Minutes of 7/19/83 <br />-5- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 83-85 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance creating a new fund, adding to the financial structure of the City of <br />North Olmsted, a fund known as the Facility Plan Step III Fund, and declaring an <br />emergency, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 83-86 introduced by Mr. Wilamsky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance creating a new fund, adding to the financial structure of the City of <br />North Olmsted, a fund known as the Facility Plan Step III - System Fund, and declar- <br />ing an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 83-87 intraduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for deposit of public <br />monies with the First National Bank of Ashland, for active accounts of the City, <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 83-89 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An ardin- <br />ance amending the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North Olmsted to pro- <br />vide for the installation of "No Parking" signs at the east side of West Park Drive, <br />beginning 100 feet south of the south entrance drive to the Community Cabin and <br />also north of the drive, 430 feet beyond, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 83-90 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Safety to dispose of surplus vehicles <br />and equipment owned by the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 83-93 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various administrative and <br />legislative personnel, and declaring an emergency, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 83-95 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its first reading. An orain- <br />ance vacating a sewer easement heretofore granted by John W. Heller and Cagtola <br />Heller for the installation of a sewer in the City of North Olmsted, and accepting <br />a new sewer easement. Referred to Streets and Drainage Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 83-96 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its first reading. An ordin- <br />ance amending Section 165.03 of the Codified Ordinance entitled "Landmarks Commission; <br />Creation, Composition and Terms", of Chapter 165 entitled "Landmarks Commission". <br />Referred to Legislation Committee. <br />Resolution No. 83-97 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its first reading. A resolu- <br />tion authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the purchase <br />of one (1) new automobile to be used for the Treatment Plant and one (1) new utility <br />vehicle to be used by the Dog Warden. Re.ferred to Finance Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 83-98 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its first reading. An ordin- <br />ance amending the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North Olmeted to <br />provide for the installation of one (1) stop sign to be placed on the southeast <br />corner of Mitchell and ?+Iestview Drives, and declaring an emergency. Referred to <br />Transportation Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 83-99 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its first reading. An ordin- <br />ance amending Ordinance No. 83-22 entitled "an ordinance to mske appropriations for <br />current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year <br />ending December 31, 1983", fund titled "Parks and Recreation" by adding a new line <br />item entitled, "Pro Shop - Team Sales" and appropriating $10,500.40 to the account, <br />and declaring an emergency.
