Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. McKay. <br />Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: McKay, Wilamosky, Woerpel. Resolution No. 83-94 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 83-31 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance adopting a new and revised Section 161.03 of the Godified Ordinances en- <br />titled "Employee's Vacations: Exceptions", as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 83-81 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance establishing the organizational chart and composition of the Fire De- <br />partment; as well as salaries and various benefits for the employees of the Fire <br />Department, and adopting various rules and regulations, and establishing employee <br />rights, and declaring an emergency, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 83-82 iritroduced by Mr. Bierman was given its second reading.
