Until the atatement is received, have no way to evaluate what West g#tore Cable owes the City ctf North Olmsted per the agreement. If the P'inance Director ttae not seeured the atateuenC, vhat does 1e intand to c!o to get one? Finance Direcatr Bcsyle replied that he haa not received the statement; haa a meeting wtth Mr. A11a? (Copy of letter attached) Mr. Logan began to comaent on Mr. Wiae's letter; Mr. Woerpel indicated that Mr. Logan was out of order as far as the agenda waa concertfed; there ia ao need for comment because it is a written form, not verbal form. Preaident Boehmer agreed with Mr. Woerpel. Mr. Logan challenged the deciaion of the Chafr.
