Council Minutes of 4/19/83 -7- LEGISLATION (cont`d): Ordinance No. 83-39 introdueed by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An ordin- ance to resurface the existing pavement on that part of S. R. 10 (Lorain Road) within the City of North Olmsted from the North Olmsted south corporation 1#mit to S. R. 17 (Brookpark Road); total length being 3.53 miles more or less. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Logan, unaniaously approved. Mr. McKay moved for adoption, seeond by Mr. Wilamosky, unsnimously approved. Ordin- ance No. 83-39 adopted. Ordinance No. 83-40 introduced by Mr. Woerpel was given its secand reading. An ordin- ance authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the rempval of trash from condominium properties located within the City of North Olmsted. Resolution No. 83-41 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. A resolu- tion authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for litter receptacles, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Logan, unanimously approved. Mr. McKay moved for adoption, second by Mr. Logan, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 83-41 adopted. Resolution No. 83-42 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. A resolu- tion authorizing the Ma.yor to enter into an agreement raith Hot Stove Baseball League and the North Olmsted Board of Education for the purpose of improving and maintaining the Spruce Sehool Baseball Field. Ordinance No. 83-43 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance amending the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North Olmsted by providing for the installation of "No Parking" signs on the cul-de-sac located at 256$4 Kennedy Ridge Road in the City of North Olmsted. Ordinance No. 83-44 introduced by Ma.yor Swietyniowski was given its first reading. An ordinance transferring forty-six thousand, seventy-two dollars ($46,072.00) for current expenditures of the City of North Olsmted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1983, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Finance Comm.ittee. Ordinance No. 83-45 introduced by Mr. Logan was given its first reading. An ordinance establishing the compensatian to be paid to administrattve and maintenance personnel employed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an etnergency. Referred to Finance Committee. Ordinance No. 83-46 introduced by Mr. Logan was given its first reading. An ordinance establishing the compensation to be paid to all fiourly employees eatployed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Finance Committee. Ordinance No. 83-4$ introdueed by Mrs. Petrigac was given its first reading. An ordin- ance establishing a new Section 509.09 of the Codified Ordinances entitled "Creating a Disturbance - Consumption of Alcholic Beverages" of Chapter 509 entitled "Disorderly Conduct and Peace Disturbance", and declaring an emergency. Referred to Safety Committee. Under Old Business: Mr. Bierman disaussed the installation of "No Parking" signs to be erected, as stated in Ordinance No. 82-78, at the site of the Barton-Bradley Fie1d, westerly to the County Line. Two signs were erected at the Field, no signs have been placed to the line. Mr. Corrigan advised that he and Safety Director Petre would review this tomorrow when they checked signage at the Field. ?- W-Rq
