Council Minutes of 4/19/83 '8- <br />Mr. Wilamosky asked the Ma.yor if he had had an opportunity to review the status of <br />the sewer rate adjustment for the Townshtp to determine whether tbat contract had <br />been accepted by the Cotmty Coamnissioners, and if so, when can the City of North <br />Olmsted expect to start generattng additional revenue. Mayor replied that he would <br />report by the next meeting; it had completely slipped his mind. <br />Mrs. Petrigac stated that at the last Council Meeting, she had requested facts and <br />figures from Mr. Corrigan with respect to drainage at Sanders and Edgepark. Also, <br />from Mr. Boyle in regard to the expenditures on the City Complex. Mr. Corrigan <br />advised that the cantractor, Mr. Limpert, who submitted the proposal wanted to a$ain <br />check out the site. He wi11 be contacted and the information placed in Mrs. Petrigac's <br />box prior to the next Council Meeting. Mayor advised that he has been working with <br />Mr. Boyle on the expenditures for the Complex and they just about have them completed. <br />Under New Business: <br />Mr. Woerpel reminded Council of the BZD Committee meeting on Thursday, April 28, at <br />which time Developers I3iversified will make their presentation. Asked the Engineering <br />Department to attend the meeting and be prepared to discuss some of the things that <br />need to be done with regard to Timber Trails Subdivis3on as was discussed. <br />Mr. McKay reminded the Service Director of the Environmental Contral Cosmnittee Meeting <br />on April 26th and requested he lie present. <br />Mrs. Petrigac asked all of Council to read Page Two of the Department of Human Resources' <br />packeb, pertaining the the YDP Program. It is really impressive and worthvttile. With <br />respect to the meeting to be called at the Recreation Commission Meeting an May lOth, <br />regarding the BMX track, would like to be included along with the residents of West <br />Ranchview since the residents along Tallwood will also be affected by any noise factor. <br />Mr. Bierma.n scheduled a Recreation Committee Meeting for Monday, April 25th, at <br />8:00 P.M. and invited Mr. Wilamosky to be present. <br />Mr. Logan scheduled a Transportation Committee Meeting for Monday, April 25th at <br />8:30 P.M. to discuss Ordinance No. 83-38 and 83-43. <br />There being no further business, President Boehmer adjourned the Council Meeting at <br />10:50 P.M. <br />b • ? <br />lorence E.
