<br />Council Minutes of 12/18/$4 <br />-6- <br />indicated that he wanted to meet with. them as a group, including their membership. <br />Mayor Swietyniowski will schedule a meeting most convenient for everyone so this <br />matter can be dealt with more fully. Mrs. Petrigac suggested that all office per- <br />sonnel, including Police Department, be notified. <br />Mr. Wilamosky commented that he requested legislation on the new sewer rates, pending <br />receipt of the figures from McDonald and Company; asked Finance Director Boyle if <br />he had received the figures yet. l'~r. Boyle stated that he had not; will be meeting <br />with Mr. Kuhn of McDonald and Company on Tdednesday or Thursday, December 26th or 27th, <br />to discuss the actual financing. <br />Mr. Wilamosky also asked Finance Director Boyle if he had developed the amortization <br />schedule with respect to the Lorain Road Fund. Finance Director advised that he <br />had not; had contacted Squire, Sanders and Dempsey and now has the life expectancy <br />figures. Mr. [Wilamosky asked for some communication as to what the recommendations <br />are, as -soon as possible; it is important that Council have some input. <br />Under New Business: <br />Councilman Bierman wished members of the administration, Council and the audience <br />a merry Christmas and happy new year. <br />Mrs. Petrigac scheduled a Recreatj.on Committee Meeting for 6:30 P.M., on .7anuary 2nd, <br />just prior to caucus and Council Meeting. Will be covering Ordinance Nos. 84-119 and <br />84-120. Asked Mr. Couts, Mr. Petre and Mr. Boyle to be in attendance. <br />Mr. Tallon scheduled a BZD Committee Meeting for Thursday, December 27th at 7:30 P.M. <br />r4r. Boyle pointed out that two ordinances, on second reading tonight, deal with 1984 <br />monies and will have to be passed tonight or at a Special Council Meeting before the <br />end of this year. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved Council amend the agenda to allow for consideration of Ordinance <br />No. 84-115 as well as Ordinance No. 84-116 and for suspension of rule requiring three <br />readings for said ordinances, second by Mr. O'Grady. Roll call on motion: Affirmative <br />vote: Bierman, O'Grady, Saringer, Tallon, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Petrigac. 5 Aye - <br />1 Nay Motion carried. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption of Ordinance No. 84-115, second <br />by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 84-115 adopted. Mr. Wilamosky <br />moved for adoption of Ordinance No. 84-116, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. <br />Ordinance No. 84-116 adopted. <br />Mr. Bierman moved Council excuse the absence of Councilman Rademaker, second by Mrs. <br />Saringer, unanimously approved. <br />There being no further business, President.
