Council Minutes of 12/1$/84 <br />-5- <br />Resolution No. 84-114 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its second reading. A <br />resolution recommending that the Ohio Department of Transportation take immediate <br />steps to commence construction on the relocation of Route 252 which falls north of <br />Lorain .Road and at the same time recommending that the Ohio Department of Transportation <br />refrain from closing off the existing Route 252 at Bodecker Hill until such time as <br />the aforesaid section of Route 252 is completed. <br />Ordinance No. 84-115 introduced by Mr. GTilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to transfer funds for current expenses and other expenditures for the City <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1984, and declaring an <br />emergency, as amended. <br />Ordinance No. 84-116 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 198.4, and declaring an <br />emergency . <br />Ordinance No. 84-119 introduced by :Mayor Swietyniowski was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for <br />the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1985. <br />Ordinance No. 84-120 introduced by Mrs. Saringer was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the complement of the Parks and Recreation Department, affixing <br />the compensation to be paid the members thereof and repealing Ordinance No. 83-•13?.. <br />and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 84-122 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance approving the extension of sanitary sewer services to approximately <br />forty-five acres of land south of Cook Road, consisting of approximately two hundred <br />forty residential lots, located in Olmsted Township. <br />Ordinance No. 84-123 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance approving the extension of sanitary sewer services to approximately <br />forty-eight acres of land off Fitch Road and Cook Road and consisting of approximately <br />ninety residential lots and a six acre shopping strip located within Olmsted Township. <br />Ordinance No. 84-124 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its first reading. An ordin- <br />ance creating a new and revised Chapter 702 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted, entitled, "Traveling Public Shows or Carnivals". Referred to Public <br />Safety, Health and ?welfare Committee <br />Ordinance No. 84-125 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 1000.02 and 1000.07 of Chapter 1000 of the Codified Ordin- <br />ances of the City of North Olmsted, entitled, "Subdivision of Land". Referred to <br />Building, Zoning and Development Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 84-126 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the idestern <br />Cuyahoga Lodge No. 25 of the Fraternal Order_ of Police, North Olmsted Division, <br />which agreement is the collective bargaining agreement between the City and the Police <br />Department, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Finance Committee. <br />Under Old Business: <br />Mrs. Petrigac asked if Council would be meeting as a committee to discuss Ordinance <br />Nos. $4-57 and 84-113, dealing with PERS. Mr. 6Jilamosky advised that he, Service <br />Director Corrigan and Commissioner Gorsuch met with the President of AFSC]'~IE and <br />representatives for Service Department personnel one evening last week.
