.~ ~ ~,• <br />Council Minutes of 6/19/84 <br />-7- <br />Mr. Tallon complimented Mr. Corrigan on the improvement being made in the old <br />Service Yard at North Olmsted Park; asked if an auction had been held on the <br />equipment. Mr. Corrigan replied that there was a Board of Control on that and <br />the successful bidders had been notified; everything should be moved out within <br />a week and grading will be started. <br />Mr. Bierman asked if the weeds and grass had been cut, as requested by Mr. Dufala, <br />Grace Road, at the pine tree sound barrier. Mr. Corrigan said he had discussed <br />this with the forester; will possibly put some plastic down and mulch over it so <br />it will never need cutting. <br />Mr. Bierman referred to the May 1st Council Meeting, at which time a petition <br />had been presented by the residents of Butternut Ridge Road, requesting a meting <br />with the Administration and Council with respect to many problems caused by school <br />children. Mayor Swietyniowski had, at that time, stated that he would set up a <br />meeting with these residents; when does the Mayor intend to schedule such a <br />meeting? Mayor stated that as soon as he gets a report from Safety Director Petre <br />and the Police Department he will have all the facts and will hold a meeting. <br />Under New Business: <br />Mrs. Petrigac will be scheduling a Recreation Committee Meeting to discuss the <br />memorial at the park when the members of the committee will be available. <br />Mr. Tallon scheduled a BZD Meeting for Thursday, June 28th, at 7:30 P.M. <br />There being no further business, President Boehmer adjourned the Council Meeting <br />at 9:15 P.M. <br />~~ ~9 ~ <br />Florence E.
