<br />Council Minutes o~ 5/15/84 -7- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 84-37 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />the purchase of one 1984 automobile to be used by the Mayor. Mr. O'Grady moved <br />for adoption, second by Mr. Wilamosky. Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: <br />O'Grady, Rademaker, Tallon, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Bierman, Petrigac, Saringer. <br />4 Aye - 3 Nay - Motion carried. Ordinance No. 83-37 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 84-38 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance amending Section 1000.10 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted, entitled "General Provisions", of Chapter 10000, entitled "Sub- <br />division of Land". Mr. Tallon moved for adoption, second by Mr. Bierman, unani- <br />mously approved. Ordinance No. 84-38 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 84-39 introduced by Mr. Bierman was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the sale of surplus personal property owned by the City of <br />North Olmsted and previously used by the Department of Public Services, and <br />declaring an emergency. Mr. Bierman moved for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady, <br />unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 84.39 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 84-41 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the submission to the electors of the City of North Olmsted <br />of a proposed amendment to the Charter of the City of North Olmsted relating to <br />establishing the procedure for non-partisan elections, and declaring an emergency. <br />Resolution No. 84-43 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />multi-line liability, property and catastrophe insurance covering the officials, <br />Members of Council, employees and members of the boards and commissions of the City <br />of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Safety Committee. <br />Under New Business: <br />Mrs. Petrigac scheduled a Recreation Committee meeting for Thursday, May 31st at <br />7:30 P.M. and requested the Mayor, Mr. Logan, Mr, Couts, Mr. Petre and Mr. Gorsuch <br />to be in attendance, as well as Finance Director Boyle. <br />Mr. Wilamosky scheduled a point Finance and Environmental Control Committee meeting <br />for May 21st, 7;30 P.M., and requested the Mayor, Service and Finance Directors as <br />well as Commissioner Gorsuch to be in attendance. <br />Mr. Wilamosky asked if the audience seating for the new Council Chambers had arrived. <br />Mayor replied no; it is supposed to be enroute. <br />Clerk of Council read Resolution No. 84-26, a resolution commending the public service <br />of Councilman at Large, Dwayne R. Woerpel. The resolution was presented to Mr. Woerpel <br />by President Boehmer and Mr. Woerpel was recognized by all of Council and the <br />Administration. <br />There being no further business, President Boehmer adjourned the Council Meeting at <br />9:45 P.M. <br />Florence E.
