Stralka, 25904 Byron Drive, as to whether
a camper trailer, parked in corner lot setback, was legal according to
Ordinance No. 62-33, Section 1151.04. BZA ruled this was not in keeping with
the ordinance and ordered the trailer moved to the rear yard. Mr. Stralka
stated the trailer would still be visible from the street if parked in the
rear yard. He also pointed out that the petition stated he was seeking a
variance and not a ruling. BZA said that by parking it on the side of his
lot, he was violating the ordinance. Building, Zoning and Development
Committee believes this is incorrect, therefore, Mr. Tallon moved that
Council over-ride the decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals, on December 4th,
with respect to Joseph F. Stralka, 25904 Byron Drive, second by Mr. Wilamosky,
unanimously approved.
2) Mr. Tallon was absent at the BZD Committee Meeting on Monday, December
16th; Mr. Bierman chaired the meeting and will give the report.
