Council Minutes of 12/17/85 -5- LEGISLATION (cont'd): Ordinance No. 85-133 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1985, as amended. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 85-133 adopted. Ordinance No. 85-134 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. Ordinance No. 85-134 adopted. Resolution No. 85-135 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its first reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for a variable frequency control for three tertiary pump drives at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Finance Committee. Resolution No. 85-136 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its first reading. A resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for the cleaning of two (2) 150,000 gallons each final digester tanks containing grit and sand residue at the Wastewater Treatment Plant and author- izing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Finance Committee. Ordinance No. 85-137 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An ordinance amending Section 1151.04, Subsection (K) of the Zoning Code en- titled "Accessory Uses In Any Residence District" of Chapter 1151 of the Zoning Code, entitled "Use Restrictions". Referred to BZD Committee. Ordinance No. 85-138 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac on behalf of Mr. Rademaker was given its first reading. An ordinance creating new and revised Chapter 950 of the North Olmsted Codified Ordinances entitled "Urban Forest Ordinance", and declaring an emergency. Referred to Environmental Control Committee. Under New Business: President Boehmer reflected on his past 14 years of public service and thanked the council, the administration, Law Director and Finance Director for their cooperation. Extended season greetings to all. Councilman Wilamosky thanked President Boehmer and Councilman Bierman for their fine contribution to the council and the residents of North Olmsted. Mrs. Saringer moved Council excuse the absence of Mr. Rademaker, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved.
