' ~ ~ Council Agenda for 11/19/85 -6- <br />compile a list of all defects needing correction or adjustment so the city will <br />know just where it is at. <br />Mr. O'Grady requested that Ordinance No. 84-90, the Porter Road speed limit and <br />Ordinance No. 84-104, the no right turn on red at Clague and Lorain Roads be <br />added to next council meeting agenda. <br />Under New Business: <br />Mrs. Saringer requested that the Mayor, on behalf of all of council, prepare <br />a proclamation to be presented to the Athletic Department of North Olmsted High <br />School for outstnading job the soccQ~'_.tea.m did by becoming Number One in the <br />State of Ohio. <br />Mr. Bierman scheduled a Long Range Planning Committee Meeting for Tuesday, <br />December 10, at 8 P.M. <br />Mr. Bierman moved that the next regular Council Meeting be held on Thursday, <br />December 5, 1985, at 8 P.M., since there is an election on Tuesday, December <br />3rd, the regular council meeting night, second by Mr. Rademaker. Roll call on <br />motion: Affirmative vote: Bierman, O'Grady, Petrigac, Rademaker, Saringer, <br />Tallon. Negative vote: Wilamosky. 6 Aye - 1 Nay - Motion carried. Next regular <br />Council Meeting will be Thursday, December 5, 1985. <br />Mr. Rademaker stated that he would like to acknowledge the efforts of Public <br />Works Commissioner Gorsuch and City Forester, Dave Wendell, with respect to the <br />Urban Forest Ordinance. They will be making application with the National Arbor <br />Day Foundation to have the City of North Olmsted designated as a "Tree City, USA" <br />which is an honorable designation for the city. <br />Mrs. Petrigac requested that the findings of the Law Director, with respect to <br />the court order as discussed by Mr. Leonard, be made available to council members. <br />There being no further business, President Boehmer adjourned the Council Meeting <br />at 8:55 P.M. <br />lorence E.
