<br />Ordinance No. 85-125 introduced by Mrs. Petrigac was given its first reading.
<br />An ordinance amending the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North Olmsted
<br />to establish "no parking" on the cul-de-sac of Shelley Drive. Referred to
<br />Transportation Committee.
<br />Ordinance No. 85-126 introduced by Mr. Rademaker was given its first reading. An
<br />ordinance creating new Chapter 950 of the North Olmsted Codified Ordinances en-
<br />titled, "Urban Forest Ordinance", and declaring an emergency. Mr. Rademaker
<br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. O'Grady,
<br />unanimously approved. Mr. Rademaker moved for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady,
<br />unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 85-126 adopted.
<br />Ordinance No. 85-127 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An
<br />ordinance accepting an easement for the installation and maintenance of a water
<br />main for the purpose of supplying water service by the City of Cleveland to the
<br />Jamestown Village Apartments, Phase VI, and declaring an emergency. Referred to
<br />Finance Committee.
<br />Ordinance No. 85-128 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An
<br />ordinance authorizing the. issuance of $450,000 in aggregate principal amount of
<br />Industrial Development Revenue Bonds [Don F. Schmidt, Doris L. Schmidt, Alan R.
<br />Kaserman and Pauline H. Kaserman Project] of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, the
<br />proceeds of which shall be loaned to Don F. Schmidt, Doris L. Schmidt, Alan R.
<br />Kaserman and Pauline H. Kaserman to assist in the financing of an industrial
<br />facility; providing for the pledge of revenues for the payment of such bonds;
<br />authorizing a loan agreement, trust indenture, bond purchase agreement and assign-
<br />ments appropriate for the protection and disposition of such revenues and to
<br />further secure such bonds; authorizing other actions in connection with the issuance
<br />of such bonds; and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of
<br />rule requiring three readings, second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved.

<br />Ordinance No. 85-129 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading.
<br />An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into contracts far the deposit of
<br />public monies with the institutions designated by Council as depositories for the
<br />active and interim accounts of the City. Referred to Finance Committee.
<br />Resolution No. 85-130 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. A
<br />resolution directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to pay to the City of North
<br />Olmsted, Ohio, during the year 1986, all tax money due and owing said City from
<br />any collection source. Referred to Finance Committee.
<br />Under Old Business:
<br />Mrs. Petrigac discussed the War Memorial at North Olmsted Park which was dedi-
<br />cated last year; will be calling a meeting of the Memorial Committee to dis-
<br />cuss a suitable and appropriate inscription for the Korean War memorial.
<br />Mr. Wilamosky discussed the final payment to be made on the new City Ha11
<br />Complex; understands some funds are still due and owing the architect and
<br />Mintz Construction. Also, it is his understanding that the administration is
<br />dissatisfied with certain items i.e. the alarm system, regulation of the heating,
<br />leakage through the roof, etc. Mr. Boyle advised that Mintz Construction has
<br />billed the city for $15,000; $11,000 is currently on hand in that fund. The
<br />architect, Mr. Mongello, stated there is $10,000 owed in fees for which the city
<br />has yet to be billed. Mr. Wilamosky requested the Mayor or Mr. Corrigan to
