' ~ ~ ~ Council Minutes of 11/~r/85 -4- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 85-117 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance accepting an easement for the installation and maintenance of a water <br />main for the purpose of circulating water by the City of Cleveland to the Christ <br />the King Community, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Streets and Drainage <br />and Finance Committees. <br />Ordinance No. 85-118 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance accepting a sanitary sewer easement located on property occupied by the <br />Great Northern Technology Park Building, and declaring an emergency. Referred to <br />BZD Committee. <br />Resolution No. 85-119 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given. its first reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for and accept <br />bids for the removal and replacement of the existing box culvert crossing McKenzie <br />Road, approximately 800 feet south of Lorain Road, as detailed in the McKenzie Road <br />specifications on file, and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declar- <br />ing an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, <br />second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, <br />second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 85-119 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 85-120 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance ratifying and confirming the cost for emergency repair to the settling <br />tanks at the Waste Water Treatment Plant and authorizing the Director of Finance <br />to pay for same, and declaring an effiergency. Mrs. Saringer moved for suspension of <br />rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Wilamosky, unanimously approved. <br />Mrs. Saringer moved for adoption, second by Mr. Wilamosky, unanimously approved. <br />Ordinance No. 85-120 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 85-121 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City, to extend the existing <br />agreement with BFI, for a one year period, for refuse pickup within the City, and <br />declaring an emergency. Referred to Finance Committee. <br />Under Old Business: <br />Mrs. Petrigac asked that Ordinance No. 81-19 and Ordinance No. 82-147 be placed on <br />the agenda for the next regular council meeting in order that they might be dis- <br />posed of; would appreciate any information that other council members might have <br />regarding both pieces of legislation. <br />Under New Business: <br />Mr. Tallon scheduled a meeting of the BZD Committee for Thursday, November 21, 1985 <br />and requested the City Engineer and Building Inspector to be in attendance. <br />There being no further business, President Boehmer adjourned the Council Meeting <br />at 8:35 P.M. <br />orence E.
