Council Minutes of 11//85 -3- <br />Mr. Wilamosky, Chairman Finance Committee as well as Streets and Drainage Committee <br />~° reported: 1) Finance Committee discussed Ordinance No. 85-110 and was concerned <br />~a~ with respect to one line item in this transfer. This has now been clarified and <br />committee has no objection to Ordinance No. 85-110 and will be asking for suspension <br />of rule requiring three readings and passage of this ordinance tonight. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Ordinance No. 85-104 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance establishing working conditions and benef its to be paid to the employees <br />of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky <br />moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. <br />85-104 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 85-106 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance amending Ordinance No. 85-71 entitled, "an ordinance establishing rates <br />of compensation for various administrative and legislative personnel for the year <br />1985, and declaring an emergency", by correcting various portions thereof, and de- <br />claring an emergency, as amended. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by <br />Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 85-106 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 85-109 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for <br />the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1985. Mr. Wilamosky <br />moved for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. <br />85-109 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 85-110 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance to transfer funds for current expenses and other expenditures for the City <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio, for the year ending December 31, 1985, and declaring an <br />emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, <br />second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />1,000 tons of cinders and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and declaring <br />an emergency. Referred to Finance Committee. <br />Resolution No. 85-114 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given. its first reading. A <br />resolution authorizing the Director of Public Service to advertise for bids for <br />2,500 tons of road salt and authorizing the Mayor to contract for same, and de- <br />claring an emergency. Referred to Finance Committee. <br />Resolution No. 85-115 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its first reading. <br />A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cuyahoga County <br />General Health District for the year 1986, and declaring an emergency. Referred to <br />Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 85-116 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance accepting an easement for the installation and maintenance of a water <br />main for the purpose of supplying water service by the City of Cleveland to the <br />Christ the King Community, and declaring an emergency.
