(6) Safety Department will check into the unloading and loading of semis on the property. -2- Mr. Tallon moved Council approve said proposal, with the inclusion of and con- tingent on the above stated conditions, second by Mr. Bierman. Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: Bierman, O'Grady, Saringer, Tallon. Negative vote: Wilamosky. 4 Aye - 1 Nay - Motion approved. g. E. J. Knopf, 4683 Dover Center Road, change of occupancy from residential to office use and review of site plan. Mr. Tallon moved Council approve said proposal, second by Mr. Bierman, unanimously approved. h. Rini Stop and Shop, 26035 Lorain Road,. proposal to construct additon to rear of store. Mr. Tallon moved Council approve said proposal, second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved. Mr. O'Grady, Chairman Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee reported: 1) Moved Council have no objection to the issuance of a C1 liquor permit to Jack Parker Enterprises, Inc., 28210 Lorain Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, second by Mr. Bierman, unanimously approved. Before moving into legislation, President Boehmer announced that Ordinance No. 85-87, approving the Memorandum of Understanding with AFSCME in the Public Works Division of the Department of Public Service, had been removed from the agenda. LEGISLATION: Ordinance No. 85-73 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its third reading. An ordinance amending Section 3 of Ordinance No. 82-94 entitled "An ordinance amending Section 1501.1901 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Tax Credit" of Chapter 1501.19 entitled "Tax Payers Relief", and de- claring an emergency, as amended. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon. Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: O'Grady, Tallon, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Bierman, Saringer. 3 Aye - 2 Nay - Motion defeated. (Four votes needed for passage) Ordinance No. 85-73 not adopted. Ordinance No. 85-74 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. An ordinance adopting a new and revised Section 901.09 of the Codified Ordinances en- titled "Barriers and Warning Devices", and declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 85-74 adopted. Ordinance No. 85-84 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a supplemental agreement with the consulting firm of Dalton, Dalton, Newport for the design of improvements to the North Olmsted Wastewater Treatment Plant, and declaring an emergency.
