Mr. Tallon moved Council <br />approve said proposal, second by Mr. Bierman, unanimously approved. <br />h. Mr. Tallon moved Council approve said proposal, <br />second by Mrs. Saringer, unanimously approved. <br />Mr. O'Grady, Chairman Public Safety, Health and Welfare Committee reported: <br />1) Moved Council have no objection to the issuance of a C1 liquor permit to <br />Jack Parker Enterprises, Inc., 28210 Lorain Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, second <br />by Mr. Bierman, unanimously approved. <br />Before moving into legislation, President Boehmer announced that Ordinance No. <br />85-87, approving the Memorandum of Understanding with AFSCME in the Public Works <br />Division of the Department of Public Service, had been removed from the agenda. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Ordinance No. 85-73 introduced by Mayor Swietyniowski was given its third reading. <br />An ordinance amending Section 3 of Ordinance No. 82-94 entitled "An ordinance <br />amending Section 1501.1901 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted <br />entitled "Tax Credit" of Chapter 1501.19 entitled "Tax Payers Relief", and de- <br />claring an emergency, as amended. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by <br />Mr. Tallon. Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: O'Grady, Tallon, Wilamosky. <br />Negative vote: Bierman, Saringer. 3 Aye - 2 Nay - Motion defeated. (Four votes <br />needed for passage) Ordinance No. 85-73 not adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 85-74 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its third reading. An <br />ordinance adopting a new and revised Section 901.09 of the Codified Ordinances en- <br />titled "Barriers and Warning Devices", and declaring an emergency. Mr. Tallon <br />moved for adoption, second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. <br />85-74 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 85-84 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a supplemental agreement with the <br />consulting firm of Dalton, Dalton, Newport for the design of improvements to the <br />North Olmsted Wastewater Treatment Plant, and declaring an emergency. <br /> <br />
