,, R <br />Special Council Minutes of 8/13/85 <br />-3- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 85-86 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance amending various sections of and creating new sections within Chapter <br />1221 of the North Olmsted Codif ied Ordinances, entitled "Signs", thereby providing <br />for the prohibition and eventual elimination of pole signs within the City of <br />North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved the Finance Director present a Fiscal Officer's Certificate <br />with respect to Ordinance No. 85-88, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. <br />Mr. Boyle presented requested certificate. <br />Ordinance No. 85-88 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $3,050,000 notes, in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of constructing, furnishing and equipping <br />a combined Bus Garage, Service Garage and Municipal Administration Building, and <br />improving the site thereof, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved the Finance Director present a Fiscal Officer's Certificate <br />with respect to Ordinance No. 85-89, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. <br />Mr. Boyle presented requested certificate. <br />Ordinance No. 85-89 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $350,000 notes, in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of purchasing trucks, automobiles and <br />other motorized equipment, together with the necessary appurtenances thereto, for <br />various departments of the City, and declaring an emergency. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved the Finance Director present a Fiscal Officer's Certificate <br />with respect to Ordinance No. 85-90, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. <br />Mr. Boyle presented requested certificate. <br />Ordinance No. 85-90 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $75,000 notes, in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of acquiring and installing telephone <br />equipment and necessary appurtenances thereto for use by the city, and declaring <br />an emergency. <br />Mr. Bierman moved to excuse the absence of Councilmen Petrigac and Rademaker, <br />second by Mr. Wilamsoky, unanimously approved. <br />There being no further business, President Boehmer adjourned the Special Council <br />Meeting at 8:05 P.M. <br />Florence E.
