.. <br />Special Council Minutes of 5/23/85 -2- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 85-64 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $480,000 notes, in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds, for the purpose of improving Gessner Road and Barton Road <br />between certain termini by grading, draining, resurfacing with asphaltic concrete, <br />installing driveway culverts and reconstructing berms and driveway aprons, to- <br />gether with the necessary appurtenances thereto, and Elder Drive, Magnolia Drive, <br />Spruce Drive, Aspen Drive, Holly Drive, Cyprus Drive and Maplehurst Road between <br />certain termini by reconstructing curbs, catch basins and the pavement base, <br />where necessary, and resurfacing with asphaltic concrete, together with the <br />necessary appurtenances thereto. <br />Ordinance No. 85-66 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the issuance of a duplicate bond and appurtenant coupons to <br />replace a City of North Olmsted, Ohio, Sewer Improvement Bond, dated March 1, 1972, <br />which bond and coupons have been lost, and declaring an emergency. <br />Finance Director Boyle requested Council to suspend the rules requiring three <br />readings and pass Ordinance No. 85-66 this evening; no such motion was forthcoming. <br />Mr. Bierman moved to excuse the absence of of Councilmen Rademaker and Tallon, <br />second by Mr. O'Grady, unanimously approved. <br />There being no further business, President Boehmer adjourned the Special Council <br />Meeting at 8:15 P.M. <br />F orence E.
