r. <br />Council Minutes of 4/16/85 -8- <br />Mr. Bierman asked the Mayor if the green City flag had been located; Mayor re- <br />sponded that it had and it was returned to the Limpert Family since it had been <br />designed and made by a family member. <br />Mr. Bierman also suggested that while the crews are out cleaning city streets, <br />they might clean up the area at the city park, south of the middle drive and <br />east of the Senior Citizens' building, where there is quite a bit of debris. <br />Mayor responded that he would take care of this. <br />President Boehmer asked that the pictures of former mayors, recently removed <br />from old Town Hall, be hung here in the new council chambers; asked Chairwoman <br />Petrigac to have the Recreation, Public Parks and Buildings Committee handle this. <br />Mrs. Petrigac asked if the new locks in the Administration Complex fit in with <br />the present security system. Mayor responded that they do. <br />Mrs. Petrigac requested that the Dover Center Road contractor be requested to try <br />and keep the area. cleaned up better than what they have been doing. The dust and <br />debris is unbelieveable. Mayor stated he would look into the problem. <br />Under New Business: <br />Mr. Wilamosky requested that legislation be drafted for the issuance of notes for <br />the purchase of the water tower. Would like to discuss this at the next Finance <br />Committee Meeting on Monday, April 22nd at 7:30 P.M. Would like the Mayor and the <br />Finance Director to be in attendance. Also, would like to meet with the Recreation <br />Committee at 8:00 P.M., the same evening, to discuss the water tower. <br />There being no further business, President Boehmer adjourned the Council Meeting <br />at 9:30 P.M. <br />~~ <br />F orence E.
