MINUTES OF .THE ,SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL <br />OF.THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTEA <br />DECF.~iBER 29, 1986 <br />Present: President Janet Saringer, Councilmen Lackey, Logan, McKay, <br />O'Grady, Rademaker, Tallon, Wilamosky. <br />Also present: Mayor Yvonne Petrigac, Finance Director Edward Boyle, Clerk <br />of Council Florence Campbell.. <br />Special Council Meeting was called to order by President Saringer at 8:20 P.M., <br />in Council Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road. <br />Councilman Wilamosky moved <br />for a period of five minute <br />Trails Party Center; also, <br />appropriations for current <br />North Olmsted for. the year <br />unanimously approved. <br />to amend the agenda to allow audience participation, <br />'s, with respect to the re-opening of the Timber <br />to add Ordinance No. 86-137, an ordinance to make <br />expenses and other expenditures for the City of <br />ending December 31, 1987, second by Mr. Logan, <br />Audience participation: <br />Mr. Mark Godfrey, 30917 Old Shore Drive, and Mrs. Lillian Kordish, 28541 Alden <br />Drive discussed the opening of "Nightfall", formerly the Timber Trails Party <br />Center; numerous violations were cited with respect to the parking area; an <br />occupancy permit should not have been issued at this point since there are many <br />zoning code violations. Safety Director Becker stated that an inspection of <br />the remodeling of the interior was approved by the Building Department; all <br />interior remodeling and alteration meets every code of the city; would encourage <br />residents and interested council members to attend the Planning Commission meet- <br />ing on January 13th, at which time this issue will appear on the agenda. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Ordinance No. 86-130 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expendi- <br />tures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1986, as <br />amended. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, <br />second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, <br />second by Mr. Tallon. Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: Lackey, Logan, <br />McKay, O'Grady, Tallon, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Rademaker. 6 Aye - 1 Nay - <br />Motion carried. Ordinance No. 86-130 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 86-131 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1986. Mr. Wilamosky <br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Tallon, <br />unanimously approved.
