Minutes of Special Council Meeting of 12/29/86 -2- LEGISLATION (cont'd): Ordinance No. 86-133 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1986. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1986, as amended. Ordinance No. 86-134 adopted. Ordinance No. 86-136 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1987. Referred to Finance Committee. Ordinance No. 86-137 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1987. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings as well as referral to committee, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 86-137 adopted. Mr. Wilamosky explained that Ordinance No. 86-137 included appropriations for the hiring of three new firemen as well as $50,000 for the purchase of new police vehicles. While it does. not specifically cover mileage reimbursement, supplies, etc., council agrees to pass appropriate legislation to cover these incidental expenses. Miscellaneous business: Mr. Wilamosky reported that legislation covering the transfer of funds to the North Olmsted Senior Citizens' Advisory Council would be requested and would appear on the agenda in January.
