<br />Minutes of Special Council Meeting of 12/29/86 -2- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 86-133 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1986. Mr. Wilamosky <br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. Tallon, <br />unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. McKay, <br />unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 86-133 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 86-134 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1986, as amended. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings, second by <br />Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 86-134 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 86-136 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1987. Referred <br />to Finance Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 86-137 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1987. Mr. Wilamosky <br />moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings as well as referral to <br />committee, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky moved for <br />adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 86-137 <br />adopted. <br />Mr. Wilamosky explained that Ordinance No. 86-137 included appropriations for <br />the hiring of three new firemen as well as $50,000 for the purchase of new <br />police vehicles. While it does. not specifically cover mileage reimbursement, <br />supplies, etc., council agrees to pass appropriate legislation to cover these <br />incidental expenses. <br />Miscellaneous business: <br />Mr. Wilamosky reported that legislation covering the transfer of funds to the <br />North Olmsted Senior Citizens' Advisory Council would be requested and would <br />appear on the agenda in January. <br />The agenda being completed and there being no further business, President Saringer <br />adjourned the special council meeting at 9:05 P.M. <br />~ lorence E.
