MINUTES. OF THE MEETING OF .THE .COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITX OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />DECEMBER 2, 1986 <br />Present: President Janet Saringer, Councilmen Lackey, Logan, McKay, <br />O'Grady, Rademaker, Tallon, Wilamosky. <br />Also present: Mayor Yvonne Petrigac, Law Director Michael Gareau, Finance <br />Director Edward Boyle, Clerk of Council Florence Campbell. <br />Meeting was called to order by President Saringer at 8:00 P.M., in Gouncil <br />Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved council recess in order to hold a Public Hearing on <br />Ordinance No. 86-92, an ordinance amending Section 1213.04 of the Zoning <br />Code of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Improvements of Parking Areas" <br />of Chapter 1213 entitled "Detailed Requirements", second by Mr. Logan, <br />unanimously approved. Minutes of Public Hearing are attached hereto. <br />Regular council meeting was reconvened at 8:10 P.M. Members of the audience <br />were invited to join Members of Council. in reciting .the Pledge of Allegiance, <br />Minutes of the Council Meeting of November 18, 1986, were approved. <br />President Saringer announced that council would be suspending the rule re- <br />quiring three readings on Ordinance Nos. 86-119, 86-120, $6-121, 86-122 <br />and 86-123. <br />Mr. Tallon moved to amend the council agenda to allow for the reading of a <br />proclamation by Mayor Petrigac as well as for adoption of Resolution No. <br />86-119 and 86-120, second by Mr. Wilamosky, unanimously approved. <br />Mayor Petrigac read and presented a proclamation to Fireman of the Year, <br />David Mortach, who was recognized by council, the administration and <br />members of the audience. Mayor Petrigac announced that Policeman of the <br />Year, Gary Strelou, was on duty at this time and his proclamation would <br />be forwarded. <br />LEGISLATION: <br />Resolution No. 86-119. introduced by Mr. Tallon on behalf of the Mayor and the <br />entire council was given its first reading. A resolution commending the <br />achievement of the Eagle Scout Award in Boy Scouting, (Dustin Wade Miller). <br />Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings as well as <br />referral to committee, second by Mr. Wilamosky, unanimously approved. Mr. <br />Tallon moved for adoption, second by Mr. Wilamosky, unanimously approved. <br />Resolution No. 86-119 adopted. <br />Resolution No. 86-120. introduced by Mr. Tallon on behalf of the Mayor and the <br />entire council was given its first reading.
