MINUTES. OF THE MEETING OF .THE .COUNCIL OF THE CITX OF NORTH OLMSTED DECEMBER 2, 1986 Present: President Janet Saringer, Councilmen Lackey, Logan, McKay, O'Grady, Rademaker, Tallon, Wilamosky. Also present: Mayor Yvonne Petrigac, Law Director Michael Gareau, Finance Director Edward Boyle, Clerk of Council Florence Campbell. Meeting was called to order by President Saringer at 8:00 P.M., in Gouncil Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road. Mr. Wilamosky moved council recess in order to hold a Public Hearing on Ordinance No. 86-92, an ordinance amending Section 1213.04 of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Improvements of Parking Areas" of Chapter 1213 entitled "Detailed Requirements", second by Mr. Logan, unanimously approved. Minutes of Public Hearing are attached hereto. Regular council meeting was reconvened at 8:10 P.M. Members of the audience were invited to join Members of Council. in reciting .the Pledge of Allegiance, Minutes of the Council Meeting of November 18, 1986, were approved. President Saringer announced that council would be suspending the rule re- quiring three readings on Ordinance Nos. 86-119, 86-120, $6-121, 86-122 and 86-123. Mr. Tallon moved to amend the council agenda to allow for the reading of a proclamation by Mayor Petrigac as well as for adoption of Resolution No. 86-119 and 86-120, second by Mr. Wilamosky, unanimously approved. Mayor Petrigac read and presented a proclamation to Fireman of the Year, David Mortach, who was recognized by council, the administration and members of the audience. Mayor Petrigac announced that Policeman of the Year, Gary Strelou, was on duty at this time and his proclamation would be forwarded. LEGISLATION: Resolution No. 86-119. introduced by Mr. Tallon on behalf of the Mayor and the entire council was given its first reading. A resolution commending the achievement of the Eagle Scout Award in Boy Scouting, (Dustin Wade Miller). Mr. Tallon moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings as well as referral to committee, second by Mr. Wilamosky, unanimously approved. Mr. Tallon moved for adoption, second by Mr. Wilamosky, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 86-119 adopted. Resolution No. 86-120. introduced by Mr. Tallon on behalf of the Mayor and the entire council was given its first reading.
