MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING DECEMBER 2, 1986 8:00 P.M. Present: President Janet Saringer, Councilmen Lackey, Logan, McKay, O'Grady, Rademaker, Tallon, Wilamosky. Also present: Mayor Yvonne Petrigac, Law Director Michael Gareau, Finance Director Eduard Boyle, Clerk of Council Florence Campbell. Public Hearing was called to order by President Saringer at 8600 P.M. President Saringer announced that the Public Hearing had been called with re- spect to Ordinance No. 86-92, An ordinance amending Section 1213.04 of the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted entitled "Improvements of Parking Areas" of Chapter 1213 entitled "Detailed Requirements", as amended. President Saringer asked if anyone in the audience would like to address council with respect to Ordinance No. 86-92; there was no audience partici- pation. President Saringer asked if any member of council would like to address Ordinance No. 86-92. Councilman Wilamosky stated that at the proper time, under the legislation portion of the council meeting, he would ask that Ordinance No. 86-92 be retained in the BZD Committee pending the hiring of a City Planner; this would be for his consideration and input and possible implementation or a variance to the language as set forth in Ordinance No. 86-92. Mr. Tallon stated that he would like it referred to BZD Committee; because of the holiday, no BZD Meeting was held; this legislation has not been discussed or reported out from committee. Mr. Logan asked if the Mayor had sought any professional advice in deter- mining the change from a seven foot setback to a ten foot setback. Mayor Petrigac replied that she had not consulted with a professional planner but had talked with people who had done some planning.
