An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expendi- tures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1986. Mr. Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings as well as re- ferral to committee, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. An ordinance creating a new fund, adding to the financial structure of the City of North Olmsted, a fund known as the Payroll Liability Fund, and declaring an emergency.
