Council Minutes of 11/18/86 -4- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 86-108 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other ex- <br />penditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1986. <br />Ordinance No. 86-109 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expendi- <br />tures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1986. Mr. <br />Wilamosky moved for suspension of rule requiring three readings as well as re- <br />ferral to committee, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Mr. Wilamosky <br />moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. <br />86-109 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 86-110 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance creating a new fund, adding to the financial structure of the City <br />of North Olmsted, a fund known as the Payroll Liability Fund, and declaring an <br />emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 86-111 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expendi- <br />tures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1986. <br />Ordinance No. 86-112 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance. establishing the position of part time City Planner within the <br />Administrative Chart of the City Cfluncil, and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky <br />moved for adoption, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. An <br />ordinance accepting an easement for the installation and maj.ntenance of a water <br />line for the purpose of circulating water service by the City of Clevlenad through <br />land owned by Homelinks, Inc., and the Sunrise Development Company, and de- <br />claring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 86-118 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1986.
