Council Minutes of 11/5/86 -6- LEGISLATION (cont'd): Resolution No. 86-94 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. A resolution calling on Governor Richard F. Celeste to take all. necessary steps to permanently close the Perry Nuclear Power Plant and the Davis-Besse Nuclear_ Power Plant. Mr. McKay moved to table, second by Mr. O'Grady. Roll call on motion: Affirmative vote: Lackey, O'Grady, Rademaker, Tallon, Wilamosky. Negative vote: Logan. Abstained: McKay. 5 Aye - 1 Nay - 1 Abstention. Resolution No. 86-94 tabled. Resolution No. 86-95 introduced by Mr. McKay was given its third reading. A resolution urging our State Legislature to enact a Bottle and Can Deposit Law for the State of Ohio in order to help alleviate litter and. keep Ohio beautiful, and declaring an emergency. Mr. McKay moved for adoption, second by Mr. Logan, unanimously approved. Resolution No. 86-95 adopted. Ordinance No. 86-96 introduced by Mr. O'Grady was given its third reading. An ordinance. amending the Traffic Control File of the City of North Olmsted to provide a "No Right Turn On Red" sign at the. intersection of Brookpark Road and Lorain Road, thereby controlling traffic traveling in a westerly direction making right turns at said intersection. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption, second by Mr. Lackey, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 86-96 adopted. Resolution No. 86-89 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing West Shore Cable TV to sell their assets to a sub- sidiary of Cablevision Systems Corporation, as amended. Ordinance No. 86-98 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. An ordinance amending Section 8 of Ordinance No. 86-36 titled, "An ordinance establishing rates of compensation for various administrative and legislative personnel, and declaring an emergency, as amended", by providing for the in- clusion. in said section of the position of a part time Building Inspector, not to exceed twenty hours per week, and declaring an emergency, as amended. Resolution No. 86-99 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Cuyahoga County General Health District for the year 1987, and declaring an urgency. Ordinance No. 86-100 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. An ordinance to install a new traffic signalization system for Lorain Road (SR 10), Brookpark Road (SR 17_), Columbia Road and Great Northern Boulevard (SR 252), Dover Center Road (CR 58) and Clague Road (CR 52) in the City of North Olmsted, and declaring an emergency. Ordinance No. 86-101 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its second reading. An ordinance to transfer appropriations for current expenses and other ex- penditures for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1986.
