MINUTES OF .PUBLIC HEARING <br />JULY 15 ,, 1986 <br />8x00 P.M. <br />Present: President Dwayne Woerpel, Councilmen Lackey,, McKay, .O'Grady, <br />Rademaker, Saringer, Tallon, Wilamosky. <br />Also present: Mayor Yvonne Petrigac, Law Director Michael Gareau, Finance <br />Director Edward Boyle, Clerk of Council ,Florence Campbell. <br />Public Hearing was called to order by President Woerpel at 8.:10 P.M. <br />President Woerpel announced .that the Public Hearing had been called with <br />respect to Ordinance No. 86-64, an ordinance authorizing.~he issuance of <br />$650,000 in aggregate principal amount of economic development revenue bonds <br />(Jack and Jacqueline Boss Project) of the City of North Olmsted,. Ohio, .the <br />proceeds of which .shall be loaned to Jack F. Boss and Jacqueline E. Boss to <br />assist in the financing of a commercial facility;. providng far the pledge of <br />revenues for the payment of such bonds; .authorizing a loan agreement, trust <br />indenture, bond purchase agreement and assignments appropriate for the pro- <br />tection and disposition of such revenues and to further secure such bonds; <br />authorizing other actions in connection with the issuance of such bands; and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />President Woerpel asked if anyone in the audience or on council wished to <br />address this legislation. There was no audience or council participation. <br />The agenda being completed and there being no further business, President <br />Woerpel adjourned the Public Hearing at 8:12 P.M. <br />Florence E.
