Council Minutes of 6/17/86 -7- <br />Mr. Tallon moved to amend the agenda to reconsider Ordinance No. 86-55, second <br />by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. Mr. McKay moved for suspension of rule <br />requiring three reading as well as referral to committee, second by Mr. Tallon, <br />unanimously approved.' Mr. McKay moved for adoption, second by Mr. Tallon, unani- <br />mously approved. Ordinance No. 86-55 adopted. <br />Miscellaneous business (cont'd): <br />Mr. McKay scheduled a Streets and Drainage Meeting for Thursday, June 19th, at <br />8 o'clock, and requested that Mr. Noble, Mr. Schaller, Mr. Boyle and Mr. Tallon <br />be in attendance. <br />Mr. Tallon scheduled a joint Recreation and Finance Committee Meeting for Tuesday, <br />June 24th, at 7:30 P.M. Would like Mr. Tom Fattlar to be in attendance. <br />Mr. Wilamosky scheduled a Finance Committee Meeting, immediately following the <br />joint Recreation and Finance Committee. Meeting, on June 24th. Would like the <br />Mayor, Finance Director, Service Director and Administrator Jack to attend. <br />Mr. O'Grady thanked Mayor Petrigac for her expeditious handling of the noisy <br />construction problem with the City of Westlake. <br />Mr. Tallon asked when the "no turn on .red" signs would be installed at Brookpark <br />Extension and Dover Center Road; Mayor stated she would investigate and respond. <br />Mr. Lackey asked if arrangements had been made with respect to fireworks display <br />for this Fourth of July. Mayor stated a press release is being prepared. Mrs. <br />Saringer asked i.f the city's insurance rate had gone up with respect to fire- <br />works displays; Finance Director replied they had not. <br />Mr. Wilamosky noted that the State Liquor Control Board had established a hearing <br />date with respect to council's objection to a liquor permit; feels the city <br />should be represented at this hearing. President Woerpel reported that this <br />had been discussed in caucus prior to Mr. Wilamosky's arrival and had been taken <br />care of . <br />President Woerpel extended congratulations to Mayor Petrigac and her husband, Ed, <br />who will celebrate their 31st wedding anniversary tomorrow, June 18th. <br />The agenda being completed and there being no further business, President Woerpel <br />adjourned the council meeting at 10:10 P.M. <br />lorence E.
