Council Minutes of 6/1.7/86 -6- <br />LEGISLATION (cont'd): <br />Ordinance No. 86-46 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its secondneading. <br />An ordinance to make and transfer appropriations for current expenses and other <br />expenditures for the City of Plorth Olmsted, for the year ending December 31, 1986, <br />as amended. Mr. O'Grady moved for suspension of rules requiring three readings, <br />second by Mr. Wilamosky, unanimously approved. Mr. O'Grady moved for adoption, <br />second by Mr. Wilamosky, unanimously approved. Ordinance No. 86-46 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 86-47 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given its second reading. <br />An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $100,000 notes in anticipation <br />of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of improving Lorain Road (State Route 10) <br />between certain termini, in cooperation with the Director of Transportation of the <br />State of Ohio, by resurfacing with asphaltic concrete and reconstructing the <br />pavement base, curbs and sidewalks, where necessary, together with all necessary <br />appurtenances thereto and declaring an emergency. Mr. Wilamosky moved for sus- <br />pension of rule requiring three readings, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. <br />Mr. Wilamosky moved for adoption, second by Mr. McKay, unanimously approved. <br />Ordinance No. 86-47 adopted. <br />Ordinance No. 86-49 introduced by Mr. Wilamosky was given. its second reading. An <br />ordinance accepting for dedication the Timber Trail Subdivision which includes <br />Old Shore Drive, Timber Trail Drive, Windy Hollow Lane, Hidden Circle, Winding <br />Creek Lane, Wild Oak Drive and Brook Circle, in the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 86-50 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the complement of the Parks and Recreation Department, <br />affixing the compensation to be paid the members thereof and repealing Ordinance <br />No. 84-120, and declaring an emergency. <br />Ordinance No. 86-53 introduced by Mr. Tallon was given its first reading. An <br />ordinance establishing the compensation to be paid to all hourly employees em- <br />ployed by the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and declaring an emergency. <br />Referred to Finance and Transportation Committees. <br />Ordinance No. 86-54 introduced by Mr. McKay was given. its first reading. An <br />ordinance authorizing the sale of mobile off ice trailer, owned by the City of <br />North Olmsted, and previously used by the Waste Water Treatment Plant, Department <br />of Public Services, and declaring an emergency. Referred to Finance Committee. <br />Ordinance No. 86-55 introduced by Mayor Petrigac was given its first reading. <br />An ordinance to transfer appropriators for current expenses and other expenditures <br />for the City of North Olmsted for the year ending December 31, 1986. Referred to <br />Finance Committee. <br />Miscellaneous business: <br />Mrs. Saringer scheduled a BZD Committee Meeting for Thursday,. June 26th, at <br />7 P.M., and requested both committee members to be present since there will be <br />a very busy agenda. <br />Mayor Petrigac asked council to consider amending the agenda to return to the <br />legislation portion and reconsider passing, Ordinance No. 86-55 under suspension <br />of rule requiring. three readings; one of the items in this particular ordinance <br />has to do with advertising for examinations; some of the line items are very <br />close to depletion. <br />~~, ~.. <br />
